General Conditions of Sale (GCS) - AOUJAN.COM
1. Purpose:
These General Conditions of Sale cover the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by AOUJAN under the SIRET: 932 956 519 on the website aoujan.com.
2. Products:
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision on the aoujan.com website. However, variations may exist, particularly due to the perception of colors on your screen. AOUJAN reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
You may find irregularities in the details because the majority of the drawings are hand-drawn, not machine-drawn.
3. Price:
Product prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are indicated separately during order validation. AOUJAN reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Orders:
Any order placed on aoujan.com constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. AOUJAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legal reasons or in the event of non-payment of a previous order.
5. Payment:
Payment for orders is made online using the payment methods offered on the aoujan.com website. Payment data is secure and is not stored by AOUJAN, with the exception of gift cards, which are not accepted.
6. Delivery:
Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process. AOUJAN cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
8. Guarantees:
Products sold on aoujan.com are covered by legal warranties. In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, AOUJAN undertakes to refund, exchange, or repair the product in question.
9. Responsibility:
AOUJAN cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of its products.
10. Applicable law:
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law. Any dispute relating to online sales will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
11. DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department).
