Delivery times vary depending on the product, they are 7 to 10 working days on average, you will find your estimated delivery date below the buy now button: example: between March 22–25
Once you have placed an order, you cannot change your billing information or change the shipping address.

Once your payment is received, we will send you a notification email to inform you of the order.
Once your order is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation number within 48-72 hours via email.
To track your order, simply go to the help section at the top of the home page, then click on order tracking and enter the tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. *If you just received a shipping notification, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase.
We accept payments by Visa/American Express/MasterCard credit cards.
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. To do this, you will need to send us photos of the damaged or defective item with a full description and specify the subject "Returns" with your order number, your name and the reason for the return to this address: aoujan.entreprise@gmail.com
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. After this date, items will no longer be refunded.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
I received a damaged/defective item!
We're sorry! We have a very strict quality control process in place, but unfortunately, on very rare occasions errors may occur or items may be damaged during shipping.
If you have received a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days. We will always try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If you notify us after the 7-day period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If the quality problem is due to our error, we can refund or reship the item, if on the other hand, you do not like the item received, or you change your mind, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you.
