Payment

All payments for products or services offered on AOUJAN must be made in euros. Payments can be made using a major credit card. Payment must be made in full before a product or service can be provided. Please see active payment methods here .

Refunds

Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from AOUJAN . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at aoujan.entreprise@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

Returns: Items must be returned to the return address on your package.

Cancelation

After completing your purchase, customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation – we will be happy to issue a full refund. After this date, your order will have been put into production and will no longer be able to be changed, except for your shipping address.

We can always correct/change your shipping address before shipping.

Changes to the general billing conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these billing terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
